This page explains what happens to the details you send through the booking form. It is short because the site collects very little.

What the form collects

Your name and phone number, which are required. Your email, the service you are interested in and your message, if you add them.

The language of the page you used and how long the form was open, which helps tell people from spam bots.

What happens to it

Your request is sent as an email to Luyana, so she can reply and arrange your appointment. The site keeps no copy: there is no database and nothing is saved on the server. If an email cannot be sent, the site records only the reason, never what you wrote.

Your IP address is used for ten minutes to limit how many requests one connection can send. It is not stored.

The site runs on Vercel and the email is delivered by Resend. Both are companies in the United States, so your request is processed there, and both keep their own technical logs of requests under their own policies.

Where it is kept

Booking emails stay in Luyana's inbox. The site itself keeps nothing.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser and is never sent anywhere.

Other sites

Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the other links on this site open services with their own privacy policies. A message you send there does not pass through this site.
